Dr. Ruiz, It is my pleasure to tell you that I had a great experience with Mary and Ann and the young lady at the desk. I am going to upgrade my hearing aide. Mary gave me one of the new hearing aides to try until I get my new one. As I was sitting in my car I could heard the rain on the roof in such a rich way for the first time in many moons. Dr. Mary Biordi is extremely kind and patient. I took my mom to see her and she made the process of fitting her for a hearing aid painless. She listens and takes the time to answer all questions. She even made her own information sheet that takes the technical jargon out and makes it easy for patients to understand what they need to do to have an optimal working device. My mom did not feel rushed. I would recommend Dr. Biordi to anyone.

My family and I had an amazing experience at advanced audiology of NY specifically because of Dr. Biordi. My father purchased hearing aids from a different facility which ended up closing because of COVID leaving us with nowhere to go for adjustments. Dr. Biordi was so extremely kind in helping us. She was thorough, professional, very understanding and patient. She eventually adjusted my dad’s hearing aid to perfection. During our next visit, we inquired about buying another aid. Before sitting down, Dr. Biordi had already prepped for us by reviewing our last few visits and was super prepared to provide us all of our options. She was very honest and helped us make the best and most financially appropriate decision. We highly recommend and look forward to working with Dr. Biordi for as long as she is in practice.
