        Dr. Noteroglu, Is one of the most caring doctors at Scarsdale medical...I can attest to his service to my dad which lived until he was 97... I Know that the Lord has the last say so over life and death, however he uses doctors to help guide us... Not only a great doctor but if in need he always responds and acts accordingly...

        As the on-call doctor, this physician refused to treat a 90-year-old patient of his department suffering with dementia and a biliary emergency out of callousness and apathy. He proceeded to scream and hang up on the patients family when asked to contact his colleague who was the patients physician.
