For the future Brides, I would look elsewhere before doing business with Bed of Roses. In 2020 I had an agreement with Bed of Roses to provide lighting for my Son and future Daughter-in-Law wedding. The agreed upon amount was $1,650, which I was asked to pay immediately. Unfortunately, due to Covid the wedding celebration had to be postponed several times. We just had to have a small group of immediate family at the wedding, approximately 20 people. I requested a refund from Bed of Roses and spoke with owner multiple times, he finally agreed to refund the money, it is now almost 4 years since providing him the money and I have never received any refund.

Flowers were beautiful. We ordered online from across the country and I included a message on the sympathy card, but forgot to "sign" it. They called me 2 minutes after I placed the order to ask me what names should be on the card. And the flowers were delivered like an hour later! Fantastic customer service.

He addressed any questions we had promptly and with expertise. One of the many ways Carl's professionalism shone was in his commitment to timing. He assured us that my bouquet would be delivered to my house by 10:15, and to our surprise, the flowers arrived at exactly 10:12, showing his dedication to punctuality. When we entered our wedding venue, the sight of the flowers simply took our breath away. Carl's familiarity with our venue space allowed him to skillfully draw inspiration from the surroundings, incorporating colors from our venue and the outdoor trees into our centerpieces. Working with Carl was an absolute pleasure, and we are thrilled with the outcome. Our wedding day was made even more beautiful thanks to Bed of Roses.
