I had a tooth that another dentist had drilled down too thin to fill a cavity. Well, that tooth shattered this morning while I was munching on a tasty blueberry bagel, and I was left in some serious pain and discomfort. I tried finding a dentist that could see me urgently, and this office was the only one around open on a Saturday morning. The woman at the desk was so kind, as was the assistant and the Dentist. All total I was in and out pain free in about an hour. Thank you so much!!

They are soo amazing and kind! Dr Hong Helped and guided me through it all he is truly amazing and has very gentle hands. I did not feel any pain at all! 100% recommend.

I went here for a dental emergency the place was good and the service was great however, I was supposed to have a prescription filled and apparently the pharmacy never got it , I called to confirm with this establishment and got a very rude atrocious acting woman who told me her name was Alicia sounded carribean. Also to better the determine the person she was working morning shift on 11/12/22. I usually dont write reviews however the amount of money people are spending to help their situations better customer service needs to be put in place, with more friendly and courteous people. She hung up the phone multiple times , and had Attitude before I even began to have one. She was not understanding at all and due to this I will not be back at this establishment as I had planned . Customer service goes a long and businesses need to start understanding that.

I came here the morning of 8/27 to have my teeth looked at due to excruciating pain. Being a Saturday, all other dentists I called were either closed or did not accept insurance for emergency visits. This was the only place that told me to come in right away. As soon as I arrived, I was seen right away by Dr. Hong and he explained thoroughly what was going on inside my mouth. In my entire life, I have never felt so calm and relaxed at a dentist. He was extremely kind and patient with me when I was so nervous and acted like a complete chicken! Team play with the highly experienced dental technician was amazing too. Oh and another important factor, the final out of pocket charge. They were transparent about what Ill have to pay upfront instead of an after the procedure surprise at the end. That amount did not increase either. I left the Clinique pain free and happy. Highly recommend!!!
