        I found Galaxy by chance when looking to install central AC in my house. Chris was extremely responsive, came the next day to give me an estimate, and his price was very reasonable. I was hesitant to install AC for years because I did not want the mess, but Chris and his team were beyond careful, clean, and left my home in spotless condition when they left each day. Truly cant say enough good things about the experience, quality of work, and attention to detail. Service: Install AC

        Woke up with no heat in the house. Based on other reviews, we called Galaxy Heating and Air Conditioning. Chris answered the phone right away and came to our house that same day. He worked hard to diagnose the problem and then traveled to pick up the necessary parts, came right back and fixed the problem so our heating was restored within hours on a cold day with snow flurries outside. He was professional and knowledgeable and we've already made plans to have him come back to service our air conditioning in the spring! Service: Heating system repair

Christopher responded to my call within a few minutes and followed up to make an appointment to be sure it was fixed as soon as possible.
