Before I begin I just want to say the Debbie Kaminski is by far the best agent/person you can have by your side when looking at houses and going through that process. I was by far a huge pain in the neck throughout this process. My wife and I had been looking at houses for a while before we had met Debbie and she showed us a house. From that moment on, I realized how valuable Debbie was and how much knowledge she had. I didn't wind up buying that first house but Debbie listened to us and was beyond patient when she connected us to the house I wound up buying. Debbie even went above and beyond by showing us other houses in the neighborhood that were similar to ours and that had recently sold, so that we could have an idea for what we could transform this house into. I have already recommended her to friends and would only use her if I ever had to go through the buying/selling process again! Thank you Debbie for helping us find our house!
