If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would. Rich came out promptly, fixed my problem and at all times was professional and courteous. He also took the time to explain things to me. I will definitely be using him for any future plumbing issues and I highly recommend him

I had the pleasure of working with John briefly when I called in a panic because of a leak in my kitchen sink Long story...he walked me through steps over the phone with problem shooting. With his direction I fixed my issue in seconds. He took his time...was patient and kind. Cost me nothing, but now I have my plumber for life . Won't call anyone else if I can get John. Thanks again John!!!

Hate to have to write a bad review but need to protect future customers for poor business practice and failure to finish his work. Hired to do a gut renovation for a summer home and all three toilets he installed needed to be adjusted. All three showers needed to be retaped and dripped. One shower body leaked and he could not fix and i had to hire another plumber to finish his job. He did gas pipe also and did not bond the pipe and i had to pay $400 to have electrician finish his job. Kitchen sink leaked after he completed. I tried for over 1 month to get him to return but after full payment he was gone. He demands 50% upfront and thats the first warning sign, plus he demands money and hounds you for each payment, checking in after you tell him the check was sent. In the end he is far from a master plumber and just ignores you when you need him to come back to finish his work. Shame I have to write this but i did have to hire others to finish his work and he just blew me off for weeks saying he would come back to finish and never did. We paid home him over 17k so it was a large job. Shame.
