Replaced 2 residential garage doors. Mixed experience overall - sales was easy to work with, pricing was competitive, scheduling was easy and install was efficient. Overall the team is very professional and competent. However we had 2 issues within the first couple days: 1. Minor cosmetic damage to 3 of 8 door panels. Not major but noticeable - installer pointed out the damage and promised to get it fixed. I understand that damage can occur during shipping so while an inconvenience, I expect this to be addressed in a timely manner. 2. Install was on Wednesday, by Saturday morning I got an error code (excessive force) on one of the doors and was unable to close it with the app, keypad, or remotes. Managed to get it closed manually only to get a second error code (imbalance) which requires a technician to fix. Called TM Kenney Saturday morning and got an office is closed recording. Given its a long weekend Im now waiting until Tuesday to hear back and hopefully get this fixed quickly.

From start to finish, our experience at T.M. Kenney was amazing. Tom came to our house to see our existing setup and gave us a quote quickly. The installation was done by Tony who exceeded our expectations. We couldn't be happier with our new garage door/opener and I would highly recommend T.M. Kenney!
