        Rob is thorough, professional, kind, and fast. In addition to laying and finishing my red oak floor beautifully, Rob was exceptional and accurate with his communication about timing. He was patient with my questions about options, care, and cleaning of our floors. He even offered me advice for other floors in my house when I asked! I definitely know who to call next time I need new floors or a sanding and refinishing (looking at you, ugly guest room floor)!
