Worst service department ive ever dealt with. I brought my car in for service and I left with more problems than I came in with, tried calling Danny the manager he never calls back. Don't take your car here!! Mark my words it's a decision you'll regret.

They schedule the appointments and then don't have the recall parts. Or there wasn't enough time. The next time no tool? And the text message is that your service is completed, so you only find out when you read the paperwork. A waste of time, mine and theirs.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. My car was in their shop for almost a whole month and was never fixed. It was in for a mirror repair and in that time I received an extremely horrible attitude from my service rep Diana; she was extremely unprofessional. I received such poor communication - with little to no updates on my car from some days to over a week at certain time. I called several times with no answer, and never received a call or text back. When she finally did answer one of my calls, she responded aggressively and extremely unprofessionally. She was argumentative even hung up on me - on more than one occasion. I had even tried calling to speak to a manger about the situation and no one was ever available to speak to me. When I left a message with the receptionist to have the manager call me back, no one got back to me. Seriously?? I tried contacting a manger on 3 different occasions. After everything I had been through the last 3 weeks, I felt hopeless and extremely fed up not being able to get in touch with anyone about my car. On the 24th day I finally had enough and decided to go there in person to demand my car back. When I arrived, my rep was not in that day. When I asked to speak to a manager the girl at the desk told me no managers were in the building; which later I found out was an obvious lie. The manager later told me himself he was in fact in the building, doing paperwork. Again I had to leave without my car and it wasnt until a few hours later a manager called me back and then once again had to get a ride back there to finally pick up the car. It was never fixed. The manager explained they looked at everything they could and didnt know what to do from here. I am so angry and disappointed - not only because my car wasnt fixed, but because not ONE person took the time to update me on what was going on with my car. I was left completely in the dark and treated terribly when I just wanted updates on what was occurring. Im frustrated that I wasted so much of my time without having a car. This dealership put me through hell, and my car wasnt even fixed. I will never ever bring my car here again nor will I ever buy a car from here. I will be telling everyone I know to never bring their money or car to this dealership. Would rate 0 stars if I could.
