She is very knowledgeable, communicative, professional and cares about her clients. Many unforeseen things can come up in the course of a sale or purchase. I have found Holly has always been able to get my clients to the closing table. And her office is beautiful!

Holly was the banks attorney when we bought our home a few months back. The closing went off without incident except for one thing. We drove an hour and a half to her office and she refused to let me use her restroom stating it wasnt public. Her office is on a country road with no other businesses surrounding, so I had to sit through my closing having to use the restroom which I thought was absolutely ridiculous and cruel. At least give someone a heads up to use the bathroom before they come to your office if youre not going to let clients use it. For that reason I will not recommend her to anyone.

Holly represented me in a real estate purchase. She helped guide me through the whole process, and her communication was accurate, clear and timely. It also helped that she was known and respected by my real estate agent, mortgage broker, and the seller's attorney. Thanks to Holly and her team, my purchase was completed successfully. Has a bad reputation with the real estate agents. Made me lose my grant money 2 years ago because she took so long to get back to us.
