Worked with Scott Helsmoortel for my first home buying experience and he was very unorganized. He would not confirm dates or times of our showing until 10p the night before after me asking him 3 times. One time he did not get back to me until the morning of a showing of what time that morning to meet him. We wanted to look at a home sometime mid Dec and time is of the essence these days every home was being sold from under us. Scott stopped responding so we ended up going with Bette Watts who was very knowledgable and organized. Luckily that last home we wanted to see with Scott but saw with Bette was our forever home. We would never have gotten here without Bette

These guys have been my agent for some time and I can't imagine changing that. Found me an excellent rate for my car and business with the coverage I wanted and when I had an issue with the insurance company they took care of the problem in just a few hours. Highly recommend!
