I was searching for someone who specialized in hypnosis for emotional eating, and found Ellenora. For anyone trying to work through struggles with their relationship with food, Ellenora offers an amazing tool that is hard to even put into words! She is intuitive, and you immediately can tell she truly cares about what she is doing. It is clear she genuinely wants to help people. If you use this experience to dive deep into yourself and use the tools she provides, this will be an experience youll be grateful for forever. I was given recordings of my sessions, and can listen to them whenever I need to. After each session I felt energized, motivated, optimistic, while also relieved of a nagging feeling of anxiety and dread. Listening to the recordings after the sessions brings back those feelings it brings back the feeling of peace, but most importantly that push back onto the path I need to be on. I don't often treat myself to massages but after too many long zoom meetings, my neck was in such pain and I desperately needed help to relax. Elleanora at Moon & Mind Bodywork was exactly what I needed. She was so caring and lovely. She instantly made me feel calm and relaxed. Her space in itself was also very comforting, clean and calming, nestled among tree tops. The massage was one of the best I've ever had. Elleanora was highly in-tune and sensitive to my body's needs, and she immediately located the areas that I had issues with. The massage was such a healing and pleasurable experience. I walked out feeling like a new person, pain free and light. I made a promise to myself to treat myself more often and Moon and Mind Bodywork will be the place I return to. I highly recommend it!

Eleanora is a true healer and her powerful medicine works on all levels. She spends time at the beginning of the session letting me share about whatever brought me in for bodywork and asking potent questions to help me connect the dots between the physical, emotional and mental components of whats ailing. Once Im on the table, already feel seen and heard and cared for, her magical hands seem to be releasing years of old conditioning. She skillfully interweaves the use of cups, essential oils and other modalities in with the massage work. And by the end I feel totally rebornunstuck, cleaned out, rejuvenated, at peace. Before I leave she always gives me some loving and practical advice about how to maintain this optimum state in the coming days, and how to keep honoring my body, heart and mind in between sessions.
