        Our previous oil company left the business and we ran out of oil. I walked into the Bottini office at 8am in Saugerties and our tank was filled by 10am. Excellent customer service. Very friendly and professional. Had furnace serviced this past week and had the same excellent results.

        Work was done quickly and the problem was fixed. J identified the problem quickly and installed a new component. I do wish more people would wear the paper covers over their shoes.

        Bottini and technicians went out of their way to get my heat going during the coldest day of the winter at the time. They did an excellent job. Im nice and warm, what more could isay.
