I reached out to Dr. Stanley after reading her history, education, and experience. I could tell she was someone who continuously educates herself with the most up-to-date treatments. She understands the whole body picture and the delicate structures of the mouth. In my past experiences in dental care, I have not always felt the dentist was concerned for the repercussions of the procedures done because the cosmetic aspect was the main concern. And unfortunately as an adult, sleep apnea and bruxism have been a problem. Dr. Stanley practices gentle orthodontics with an awareness to breathing, and the importance of keeping the airway open. I went to her for advice and am so glad I did! Thank you Dr. Stanley, I feel relieved about what I need to do going forward for my mouth, teeth and jaw. Thank you for caring for me like a friend and advocate. You are rare and special! I wish I lived closer!!
