The Homestead at Catskill Animal Sanctuary

Rooms: Gorgeous quaint 1800's farmhouse...original floors, nice view and you can walk right to the sanctuary.

Great place to go for a working vacation. We volunteered at the sanctuary and got a nice tour while there. Had to meet Tucker.

Worth it.... Vegan centric earth friendly with being too overwhelming..... great vegan breakfast.. walking distance to the Catskill animal sanctuary...... great perks...

Charming, beautifully restored 1813 farmhouse with amazing food and bedrooms. So homey. Wish we could have stayed longer! Not to mention the animals are right down the road. It's great because you can go visit for hours, come back for lunch and coffee, and then go see the animals again. Can't wait to come back.

We loved staying at The Homestead. Michelle was amazing and attentive. She was accommodating as well since we had to reschedule several times due to COVID, which we appreciated. The Homestead is lovingly maintained and a welcome relaxing sanctuary getaway. The tour offered was also great. We met lots of animals and heard their stories, which we appreciated. I highly recommend a visit!
