Erica Guerin is the most professional and highly competent lawyer we have worked with. We recently closed on a property and retained her services. To say the deal was complicated is an understatement. Multiple parcels and foreclosures purchased over decades needed to be combined into 1 title. The Seller and the Sellers Lawyers were doing everything in their power to fight and contend every part of the contract. Mortgage / Bank delays. You name it, it happened. But Erica remained the consummate professional and persevered through each and every challenge. She was always only a phone call away - working late nights with us at times to ensure we were always moving forward. Not only did she have the resilience to get to the finish line, she always advocated (and often times had to literally fight) on our behalf and we truly knew she had our best interests at stake. Could not recommend her enough! She is extremely knowledgeable and incredibly talented. She will not give up and work for you to the end!

Erica was an absolute pleasure, she really helped my home buying experience. We unfortunelty had a seller pull out of selling last minute and it was quite a stressful and long experience, Erica did everything she could, was empathic and defensive of her client (me). We fortunately purchased a (different) new home and again used Erica. I would highly recommend her, for an easy close with a nice person.
