Very inexperienced designer that seems to be run out there house with a wife and husband team. I found them on craigslist in a desperate last minute need for a minor design change because our designer was out of town. I should have realized after I spoke to them and continued to look on craigslist there ads were spamming everywhere on craigslist.(Obviously a desperate ploy to make people call since they push all other ads down). They were hired to do a project and agreed to complete it in a few hours and failed to deliver as agreed and in turn we were not able to meet our deadline. They were paid in full even though they should not have been. I had to put her on hold a couple of times to answer other calls and when I came back on one occasion I heard her talking to her husband about how the project was way over her experience level and really had no idea about most of the things I was talking about yet she never had the professionalism to tell me and wasted my time on that. She gave a rate that was very cheap and that should have been the first red flag but again I was in need of something fast so I went with them. I had to tell her 4 or 5 basic and obvious changes any experienced designer would have done on there own. She sent the first few designs without any watermarks for me to view than suddenly on the next few watermarks appeared and the design was very hard to see because of this. This is a small "mom & pop" operation that is probably best at designing an ad for a local pennysaver or an elementary school playwright but not a business. I would never use there services again and would not recommend anyone to use them. You can find much more experienced and professional designers instead of this company online.
