It’s gotten so clean since that new girl started working there with the short black curly hair and glasses..... super friendly and makes sub with love which to me, is the best ingredient! Best experience yet! Food is fresh and yummy in my tummy! I’m a fan especially since it’s in Walmart! A+ highly recommend

Upon entering this particular Subway [ located within Walmart Supercenter in Saratoga Springs] the restaurant was empty except for one other customer placing an order. I always wondered why employees DONT wear their name tags while working but perhaps maybe its because of their lack of social and work ethic skills while working! First of all, when a customer approaches you to place their order the very first thing you should do is GREET the customer! [ and that comment is directed at these two particular girls who did no such thing whatsoever] REMEMBER: its the CUSTOMER who pays YOUR salary!!!! Secondly; dont converse amongst one another about your personal lives! Its very disrespectful and the customer does NOT care to overhear your personal business!! [ The one girl, and since I dont know her name because of no name tag being worn ] began to tell her coworker a conversation shed had, and she told so-and-so to #%^* off!!! ] Listen-up; we the customer, DO NOT care!! Keep your personal conversations to yourself while working! Both girls had tattoos all over their arms and Im not prejudice to that idea however, it did look trashy, especially the one girl, her tattoos looked like jailhouse tattoos! Very distasteful while serving the public food!! Just a heads-up to the manger/owner. Her overall demeanor and body language appeared as IF the customer was a PROBLEM for her to wait on!!! She wasnt friendly, did not greet ANY customers as more arrived while I was still there. Her attitude and stance was if the customer was a bother!!! Her overall appearance jailhouse tattoos and the side of her head shaved made her appear as if she shouldve applied at a tattoo parlor rather than be working at Subway serving food to the public!!! Her clothing needed something to be desired as well... hence its a shame. The other young girl had the issue with discussing her personal life while customers were ordering at the counter! Its very disrespectful and ignorant as an employee! Perhaps maybe theyll see this review and take it as if their school teacher or parent was advising them of whats right-and-whats-wrong work ethic I sure hope SO! Because neither have been taught how to address and greet a customer, nor how too wait on a customer with pride for the establishment they work for even if its only $12.00 per hour... its still respect to the customer! After I ordered my food they both quickly went to the back room to converse as if they had to use their phones instead of waiting on the next customer! I wont visit this particular Subway again as I found the employees to be extremely rude and not friendly towards any customer they had on this particular day!!

Bought a half sub with rotisserie chicken found 2 long hairs in my food. They were too long to be mine and my hair is NOT blonde. Gross. Threw my food away.
