Where do I begin? This has been quite a journey. I have worked with Mr. Gardner and The Funding Store for about a year and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new home and needs nurturing care throughout the process. I rented for years and it was time for me to buy, but I kept doubting myself until one day David, Mr. Gardners business partner called me for an intake and of course I was apprehensive, but went with it because of his kindness and how he explained things as opposed to the other 200 calls I kept receiving. That call was the turning point of my journey with Mr. Gardner. Throughout the process I kept having doubts and wanting to give up and with no pressure at all Mr. Gardner stuck it out with me and was more patient than I would have been with myself lol. He explained every single step and answered all of my questions with diligence and was extremely understanding and sensitive to my situation throughout. The care, encouragement and respect I received this entire process isnt something you receive everywhere and I needed to leave this review so that others could experience what I did. Buying a home is a very big deal and stressful process I will not lie to you. Its when stressful moments occurred, how they were handled on my behalf and that speaks volumes. Having someone to relieve a huge portion of that and helping place your mind at ease and being honest with you even when the truth may hurt is priceless. I highly recommend Mr. Gardner, David and The Funding Store if buying a new home is in your future!
