I highly recommend Dragos for your home buying/selling journey. He was recommended to me and did not disappoint. He was an integral part of the entire process and there wasnt a moment where we werent connected. He alleviated my fears and worked with me throughout the entire process as he not only sold my home for above-asking, but ensure that I was part of every single decision that was made. His 3D virtual tours are phenomenal and beyond professional and I actually squealed out loud when I saw the finished product.. He was quite literally a one-stop shop realtor and I didnt have to do much except breathe a sigh of relief, knowing that I was in good hands. He went out of his way during a power outage to ensure the house had heat and helped me get my new couch so that I had a full house to show to prospective buyers. Dragos was reffered to me by a friend that lives locally. His knowledge of the local market as well as the current trades was a crucial component as I was looking to buy my first investment property without knowing too much about the area. We found the right property- of course we had to compete in multiple offers- Dragos deployed the right strategy as well as outside the box thinking and we were the winning bid.
