Aubrey is an awesome real estate agent and she did a phenomenal job with the sale of my home from beginning to end. The home was under contract in less than 5 days and $10K above asking price. Aubrey is professional, very knowledgeable, a great negotiator, and extremely proactive. She is an expert in her field, and the marketing of my property was top notch. It was great working with her and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Based solely on her advertising around the Saratoga - Albany area, I first engaged with Aubrey's team in the Spring of 2022. At a challenging time in my life, I'd been divorced about two years and had made the decision to sell the home I'd owned for 14 years -- because it was no longer practical for me to own it... living by myself, with my daughter visiting every 3-4 days. I include these details, because as I was about to find out... in working with me to sell my home, Aubrey took my life situation personally, WITHOUT being too personal. I learned quickly how Aubrey's natural talent as a real estate professional allows her to empathize with a client, and to make strong key decisions / help clients like me overcome practical challenges. She moves beyond empathy in driving a successful sale. Based on a shared sense of humor and common life perspectives... early in my sales cycle, Aubrey and I became friends, in addition to having an agent-client relationship. Aubrey is the consummate professional, from start to finish. The Aubrey Guri Team provided exceptional services in support of the selling of our property maximizing the selling price. Most of us are not experienced in how best to market a property and the Guri Team handled all of the details from setting the selling price to closing the deal. The Team had exceptional knowledge of the local market, our property, and the national connections and networking for wide advertisement of the property. Professional presentation of the property was crucial and included staging, high quality photography (including drones), and ensuring that the most important features of the property were highlighted. This was followed by wide advertising, a high quality glossy brochure, virtual tours, private showings and an open house. Once we decided to sell we were on the market within a few days and all questions were completely and knowledgeably answered by the team. The service was turn-key and made the process seamless and low stress for us. We especially appreciated that while our property was modest we received the full "5-star treatment" in all aspects of the sale.
