        world class recital hall, well run, easy parking, and a steady stream of amazing acts. also, incredibly affordable. if you've never been there, just go to anything there to familiarize yourself, and then get on their mailing list.

        A most wonderful venue . . . wooden baffles reflect sounds . . . players and audience enjoy the outdoor view with floor to ceiling windows providing the backdrop . . .

        Updated review 2024: Reduced to 1 star due to unsafe campus. Be careful on campus at night. Last month an older woman was harassed by a student in the Zankel parking lot and this month 4 students (3 boys/ 1 girl) stole the id and leash off and old man and a service dog right in the Zankel auditorium! The they are targeting old people who are alone. Original Review 2019: 5 stars! Great acoustics and fabulously talented students and faculty.

        The Arthur Zankel Music Center is an excellent space for musical activity, not just for college students on campus, but the surrounding communities as well. The theater is very spacious and has about 600 seats. The acoustics are excellent! It also draws in internationally renowned artists! Please try coming to a show here at least once. It is well worth it.

      Thanks for sharing what you witnessed. Others have as well and it appears there was a misunderstanding. The young people you mention were not a threat and did not steal anything. The man you mention left with his dog and his belongings. We have increased campus safety presence at our events and assure the public there is no cause for alarm.
