Went with a friend who got their ears pierced 3 days ago and took out their earrings for sports but could not get one back in after. Claires at Wilton Mall was very understanding and checked then re-pierced without incident. Very nice, good communication and thorough after care teaching. What more could you ask for? Thank you Claires for a great customer service experience. The young woman who helped us tonight at 8pm went above and beyond.

The girls at this store are absolutely amazing! Everyone is so friendly and patient. I took my granddaughter to have her ears pierced and she got cold feet at the last minute. A girl named Ashley sat with her for almost 20 minutes to calm her and talk her through it. During her chat the other workers came over and started cheering her on! It was wonderful! My granddaughter cheered right up and got it done. After the piercing the girls all clapped and cheered and really made it a special moment. Thank you all so much. You have a customer for life . Highly recommended

Let me start by saying if I could give zero stars I would. It was an amazing place to work for however the person I was working for was an awful, manipulative person. There was a lot of illegal stuff going on while I was working there(which I will not go into detail), as well as miscommunication, and so so much more!! I was a 3rd key holder, and always turned in the deposit every night before I went home, then was told that I didn't which I that case didn't add up(turns out while I was on vacation was when one of them weren't turned in that night it was supposed to from someone else, and it was more then one night). Since the day I got hired, I was treated differently from everyone else all because I am a slow learner(which I explained to the manager before I was hired and she was completely okay with it). And that's not even getting into it all the way but I will leave it at that... So therefore I wouldn't recommend going to that store as well as the other one in Walmart ( the manager there took rusty pliers to a persons ear to get an earring off) and I wouldn't recommend working there either!
