Please indicate that youre not taking new clients on the website. I called the Saratoga location and the message instructed to email with pictures, spent the time doing so, only to get an immediate response saying you are not taking new clients. Please consider not wasting others time with a simple message on the website. Thank you.

...listening to this guy on wamc today. ray emailed lawson while on the radio. lawson replied immediately. i called twice and wrote an email to him on april 21. no reply. nothing. wanted him to handle my complete disposition. you are a funny creature and definitely rub me the wrong way!

Bid on items for over a week, multiple items. Ended up losing an item that went for $600 when my high bid was $1,200. 3 weeks later they finally got back to me to say it was because I didnt request a higher bid limit. Which is incorrect because all of my bids on multiple items were approved and confirmed. Disappointed to lose out on the item as the buyer, and for whomever selling the estate, who knows how much money was left on the table.

Originally from Saratoga but now living in Florida, I am here visiting family. An elder relative passed away years ago and as the only family living in Florida, my husband and I took on the task of cleaning out her home. I had never seen so much jewelry in all my life - 95% of it being costume. I spoke to several antique/estate dealers in Florida and had I taken their advise, I would have just given it away. My sister, though, had told me about Mark and since we were driving up here, suggested that I bring up the shoebox full of jewelry. I did and yesterday we went to see him. It was such a pleasure to work with Mark. He was so patient and absolutely fair in his pricing. There was only one item that he couldn't purchase from me based on the material of the piece but otherwise, he bought everything that I brought in. I was absolutely thrilled and would highly recommend Mark to anyone and everyone. He is very trustworthy and seems to be a genuinely nice person.

Horrible. Came to my home to potentially purchase some antiques I inherited from my grandmother and pressured me to sell a meaningful victorian music box. He was rude and pushy.
