        Been trying to get them on the phone for 2 days now was on hold for over an hour and a half yesterday but had to go back to work now I've been on hold today for over 4 hours so far today and still waiting on the phone nit sure why this won't let me post to the company itself and not the one in New York that is nit the one I'm calling

        Well the rates were pretty dang high for just liability I did have an accident I spoke with the agent apparently that wasn't good enough for them so they continued to harass my 90-year-old grandmother very pathetic
