Do not recommend. J2 installed a Navian tankless hot water heater and, due to the installation, its been nothing but problems ever since. For starters, the installer didnt use copper fittings which caused a gas leak in our house and National Grid had to cut our gas off. We have another plumber fixing their mistakes. Do not recommend.

Excellent service from this crew. They installed a new water heater for us, which turned out to be defective. We called about the problem and a crew member came out the same day. We had a replacement installed a day later, no fuss, no drama. Very professional and efficient. We now have a new favorite plumber.

These guys are great! Our hot water heater died on a Sunday morning, leaving our basement flooded. We had another company in, and they wanted an astronomical amount of money and would take several days to fix. Called J2 based on good reviews and within 3 hours we had a brand new hot water heater, installed at a VERY reasonable price, even with it being an emergency. Work is high quality and the technician was very friendly and helpful. They're our new go-to for plumbing work in the future!

We just moved into our house and thought we had a few years left on our hot water heater tank. The pilot assembly and gas valve went. J2 came up on a Google search after shopping around and having a few techs come out J2 offered us the best pricing and quickest turn time. The owner honored the appraisal and we didnt pay a penny more than expected. The techs were efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. We opted to go with a tankless unit and they have the best prices around. Will be using again for future services! Service: Water tank installation
