        Seems to be an older hotel, could use some upgrades. We were there during snowstorm, staff tensions ran high.

        A terrible place! They are soooo rude and unwelcoming.. Their rooms stink. Rooms facing north all face a brick wall and even though its five stories high, they have no views whatsoever. DO NOT STAY THE!!!!!

        The entrance smells musty. There are people in the hotel restaurant working without uniforms, looking like random people coming up to you and asking questions. Chryselyne at Front Desk was helpful. The hotel does need updating. One amazing feature is the pool and gym. The pool area is stocked and water is crisp-clean. The gym has treadmills that feature large screens with guided virtual walks through nature and parks along with other treadmillers from around the world. Happened to bump into a Muai Thai Competition taking place in the hotel during the stay. Location is great. Bring a water jug to fill up with mineral water from nearby 21 springs. Include parking with room reservation, might be cheaper than on-sight parking which is $12 per night.
