This is absolutley the worst customer service. As a person in customer service I would expect a litte empthy and respect for there customers when they are the ones that made mistake. Received noththing but a bad attitude from pharmacist and worker in department. I have been a life time customer but will be no longer shop cvs

This is the worst CVS. They make up their own rules about medication. My client had a prescription that is a 26 day supply and every month they tell me that they cant fill it until day 29 or 30 that would leave my client without his prescription for 3-4 days. Every month I have to call and argue on behalf of my client and last time I called corporate after they told me the prescription was out of stock and they would no a call another CVS that I had to call around. Come to find out they werent even out of the medication and corporate had to call them to fill the prescription. I have gotten medicines for other clients from other CVS pharmacies and have never run into this problem.

Since when do I need to wait 30 days to refill prescription pain medication when the supply is 26 days. Every month for 10 years. Im disabled veteran and have to pay an aide to pickup this medication and every month they either make me wait until Im completely out by two days or a full 30 days. Once again its a 26 day supply. I dont have the luxury of picking up medication any day any time and it costs me money to do so when I can. Why is this even a problem? At least Walmart remembers their clients and will make sure Im refilled the day before running out. Insurance has no problem with that and Im certain Walmart is breaking any laws. Not too mention I e called Clifton park cvs and they have looked me up and agree there is no reason for these unnecessary waits except that the pharmacist there has a God complex.

Our CVS is routinely understaffed and overwhelmed with waiting lines for the pharmacy at most times of day. Pharmacy staff routinely does not answer the phone (you can hear it ringing as you wait) so you have no way to check in advance if items are actually available or ask questions which may avoid an unnecessary trip to the store - which for anyone with a handicapping condition who does not drive can be difficult - much less to arrive and find out the items you needed either are not available or an issue caused them not to be filled. Aisles are routinely filled with needing-to-be-stocked merchandise boxes which cut off access to need items and make the CVS aisles an obstacle course - often only to find the needed item is not on shelf. The store currently has just one shopping cart - heard staff blame it on nearby public housing residents taking and not returning carts. (There are pole systems in other stores which prevent carts from leaving, which would be one solution which would prevent the problem and at least give shoppers a way not to hand-carry items!) And to not find required over-the-counter items, then wait for my prescription in one of the store's routinely long lines - only to find the item was not filled and no one had bothered to contact me and tell me in time to call my MDs office (it's now the weekend, so won't be able to get them now until Monday - meaning three or more nights without required prescription, which could have been avoided if anyone from the pharmacy staff had taken the effort to call me!) I dread dealing with this store and make all efforts to do whatever I can online in order not to have to have these repeatedly negative experiences. But when a scrip is needed ASAP and requires being phoned in and picked up, this is the only option nearby - and still requires transport to get there, which I have to arrange, as my medical condition prevents driving. So to do that only to find the needed scrip was not filled, no one bothered to contact me, my MDs office is now closed for the weekend - and the only way to get the needed medication after the lengthy wait would be to spend more than $300+ out-of-pocket (which I don't have) is both unsatisfactory and medically dangerous - and could have been avoided if staff had bothered to call me or my MDs office, OR answer the pharmacy phone when I tried to call in advance to ask questions about the items!! No meds, ongoing pain, a wasted trip by an imposed-on friend - and a weekend without required medication (or any of the other missing OTC items I tried to find which had not been restocked) - and not even a shopping cart to use. Would you bother with this store if you had any other choice (which is not the case in downtown Saratoga Springs, as this is the only pharmacy left downtown - and they clearly know it!) Sorry for all the local residents forced to use this understaffed and overwhelmed CVS as their only option for the items they need!
