Theres a gentleman there who is so angry when he works that ppl are afraid to ask him for simple things. There's a woman there who is just as hateful. They work nights. The man is a bearded heavy set fellow and the woman is this relic of something from the 50s. If they don't want to work, they should give their jobs to ppl who need the work. The coffee is hardly ever fresh after 8pm. They don't restock goods and get angry when you ask for something that isn't readily available. I've went to McDonald's for coffee instead of drinking that nasty mud they serve. Buyer beware.

Usually my favorite ice cream. Bought a pint and brought it home to find out the seal was cracked from the bottom of the top and the ice cream went sour.. very disappointed there is no quality checking going on during stocking process. Check your containers thoroughly.

They were very disrespectful asked us if we were buying something we said yes ask them why would you ask that and then they told us to leave the store chef O'Brien said his was his name blowing kisses and threatening four people with money store number 130 Broadway Saratoga springs

The guy who works night shift is really rude. Anytime I come in for icecream or anything Minorly inconvenient to his job he gives attitude, including swearing at whatever it is he has to do. Wouldn't go to this one
