The quality of this chicken was questionable, as it seemed to have been prepared earlier and reheated. Additionally, the apparent lack of proper maintenance of the kitchen equipment, specifically the oven thing in the front where the registers are, raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the establishment. To make matters worse, my experience in the bathroom was unpleasant due to an overpowering odor resembling that of a deceased rodent.

Chicken was overcooked. Crispy was very dark and dripping with oil. Individual mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw were small, expensive (3.39 for a tiny dish!) and not what they used to be. I will not be back anytime soon!

Ordered at the drive thru. Was not going to post but I am always getting emails from different place I have been asking how did we do. Not very good. My 8 piece extra crispy was just breast, my biscuits were the size of silver dollars and under cooked and doughy. I had ordered two large size French fries and only received one order. Did not notice this until well on my way north on I87. Very dissatisfied with Saratoga Rt 50.

Our experience tonight was the worst ever. It took us 30 minutes standing at the counter before our order was taken, and another 30 minutes to even get the food. And the frustration didn't end there. We ordered a $20 box, and got 3 pieces of thighs and 1 what was aimed to be a drumstick with nothing on it. We got an extra side of gravy for the biscuits (paid $3 for it), but it barely covered the bottom of the small container. I think everybody who works there needs to be retrained or replaced. While waiting for our food we even heard a worker argue with a customer about him ordering white meat for his small 2 piece meal and didn't even get any thoughts. So clearly they didn't even know what parts were white or dark. Highly disappointed in this store lately.
