        Amazing customer service! Carried mortgage with this bank and worked on refinancing with lower rates. They let me know when I qualified for lower rates and more! What bank does that?! Have had bank accounts and CD here. Great people where they get to know your name at your branch(es)!

        This bank charged me late fee but I was one month ahead of schedule with my payments. And they insisted I was wrong. I lost a lot of time and went to a lot of stress because of their incompetence
