I have been a resident here for 10 years. We have had several cleaning persons here through the years and I must say our present cleaning person does a terrific job! Places that havent ever been cleaned are being cleaned. My family visits from out of town and always remarks how nice this complex looks. A nice place to live and is in a great location.

I gave this place a 2-star because the only 2 things that are great there is the location & the apartment manager, Melissa. She is always professional & willing to assist residents! The apartments are very small (1bedroom approx 550 sqft), appliances are 10-15 years old, and you can hear your neighbors while in the bedroom bathroom & living room! Quiet time is 10pm-10am. The hallways & stairways need cleaning & painting. The laundry room has 4 washers 4 dryers, 1 or 2 are always broken. And, I’ve been waiting 7 months for them to return my $900 security deposit!!! Do Yourself A Favor, Go Live Somewhere Else!!

I gave 5 stars for the excellent customer service we had in the process of getting our moms application initiated and rent verification for her to live here. she will be moving in in a week so I will write another review after shes lived there for a bit. But the process of getting her verified and dealing with staff was very easy and everyone was very nice that we dealt with.

Very disappointed at this place didnt spect my dad just because his income level was high not fair at all he loved the place we went on tour too
