Do not let american water Corp in your area they destroyed my lawn and made NO RESTATUTION at all all I got was a note on my door give it more time I did and have lost more of my grass because of there shotty contractors and its other people as well

There automated payment system is a joke...... After three attempts and two hang ups, I finally got the system to accept my account number. Fifteen minutes later,i finally got my water bill payment approved.
And when did the cost of water go through the roof? i rember twenty dollars for three months, now it's better than one hundred for the same three months. What a rip off! And why is New York American Water located out of New York State? Just another money hungry company taking advantage of there customers who have no choice.
