I stayed at the hotel in December for Bob Weir at the Cap. The hotel is great, staff is very patient and kind. Food was really good at the bistro. They kept the room I stayed in very clean. Will probably stay again if another show goes to the Cap.

This is 1 of 2 hotels in the area my company reserves for traveling employees. We sent an employee from California and booked on a company card. Upon arrival, they were told the card on file can't be charged, apparently due to fraud precautions. I called the day after check-in, asking to charge the company card. The staff claimed only a manager can send an authorization, so they took my information. They didn't send it, and I remembered at 12:00AM PST before checkout at 7:30AM EST. I was on the phone with customer service for 30+ minutes trying to resolve the issue. They couldn't apply the charge over the phone, and the manager has up to 3 business days to contact me. Our employee was checking out in 4 hours... I finally received the CC auth at 4:50AM PST from a staff member. When I called the hotel the manager wasn't available and didn't return my call for the entire day. THEN I find out they charged our employee almost $3,000 for a $900 hotel stay (suspiciously, different $900+ amounts). When they asked the front desk, staff simply said they would receive a refund within 5 business days. Our employee also thought they got food poisoning from the hotel restaurant salad; the hotel didn't seem to care and didn't report it to management. I had to call at the end of the day and talk to a different manager who is trying to rectify the situation. As of the day after check-out, our employee has only received 1/3 ~$900 refunds. Noteworthy details: Reservation was for ~$900. Guest was charged different $900 charges 3x, nearly $3000. Was told by staff they would receive a refund within 5 business days. The staff was completely unbothered by the inconvenience to the Guest.

Ive been around the Hospitality field all my life. Every once and again you need to make a quick stop at a hotel, specially as an Uber Driver. Ive never had a problem, until I came to this Marriott. The lady was rude, and obnoxious, acted like the bathroom was made of Gold and wouldnt let me use it. I spend about $30 a day at the EVGO outside. There is something called common courtesy, this lady has none at a hospitality location. I was there 11:15PM April 1. Its because of employees like her that I no longer rent at hotels, Im better off with Airbnb.
