Carpet Trends

Carpet Trends is a great store! Every one who works there is friendly and helpful. The selection of carpets is enormous. The best part for us has been working with Denise. Denise knows every sample in the store and she really picks up on your style and your needs and your price point. With a store as big as this that is exactly what you need- a carpet matchmaker. Also the installer that was sent to install the carpet was amazing - Denise made sure that the best installer came and his decisions made a huge difference. This last weekend we went back and bought a bedroom carpet with Denise - and again - we were delighted !!! Pictures to follow!

I am a Rye decorator who has done at least 100 carpet installations with Carpet Trends over the past 10 years, probably even more than that. Without exception, I find the quality of the salespeople and installers I work with to be exceptional (shout out to Dylan, Maggie and Campbell and Marco and Bashkim in particular). They have every carpet one could want displayed in a lovely showroom with very convenient parking. Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable and I would not consider going anywhere else for my carpets.

Carpet trends installers did a great job laying vinyl tile on our concrete basement floor and carpeting on the basement stairs. The job was not easy as I have a 10'x16' model train table that takes up almost all the space that sits on 12 heavy legs. Marcos and his crew were courteous and friendly. Highly recommended.

Like their tagline states, Carpet Trends is the best flooring store in Westchester. Two other Westchester County carpet stores were unable to repair and properly install our area rug under a piano. Thankfully, we were introduced to Carpet Trends who quickly found solutions. They worked in a very professional fashion and for a fair price. Gene and his team are the best flooring professionals I ever experienced, i recommend them without reservation.
