If you value your time avoid this dentist practice. You will spend countless hours dealing with billing issues. Revising my 5 star review due to changes at this dentistry practice. Ever since they sold the business things have not changed for the better. There have been more billing mistakes and first time with a new hygienists was painful. They also have a new dentist who seemed unknowledgeable and wasn't unable to answer my hygiene questions. Then I called to speak with them about the billing mistake and they were unable to help due to computer system issues. Downgrading again to 1 star from 3. A year later they continue to have issues with billing both my wife and I incorrectly. The staff is incompetent to the point I will now find a new dentist.

Dr. Statman and the crew;whether it be his assistant, the hygienist, or the girls behind the desk, are thorough, knowledgeable, professional and caring! I am petrified of going to the dentist but at least with Dr. Statman you know he will do the right thing with as much compassion as any dentist I know. If he feels you need an endodontist or oral surgeon you know he is advising you for the right reason, which has nothing to do with money!

2018 - In addition to the provider's invariably outstanding expertise, I'm always very grateful that every procedure is carefully explained to me. I also greatly appreciate the fact that the caring ethos of the provider is reflected in every member of the staff. 2021 - For many years, Dr. Avrutin and his amazing team have provided extraordinarily expert care with unfailing enthusiasm to me and all of my family. We are very, very grateful! I should have said "Dr. Avrutin and his amazing team..." in my previous text feedback above!
