    I shopped here at the sample sale. The person ahead of me at the register placed a large order and was buying for family members out of state and shipping part of her order to the Carolinas. After the customer ahead of me walked away, the two associates at the register insulted the patron and said she was always so rude every time she shops at the store. I was in shock that the staff would insult another patron in front of customers! I should have left then and there because it was clear there is no respect for customers supporting the store. Then the staff wrote down my monogram order on a single order form in a rush and joked that it was "bad practice" to write two orders on one form. There is nothing funny about potentially incorrectly writing down my order. To be clear, I did not feel rushed. I felt that it was unprofessional and rushed for the sales person writing my order to not take the time and care to use two forms for two different orders and then laugh about it. Then she did not allow me an opportunity to review the order form. Now, the monogram order inevitably is incorrect and the store is blaming me! WE DID NOT FILL OUT THE FORM TOGETHER. I HAD NO ROLE IN WRITING ANYTHING ON THE FORM. I WAS NOT GIVEN ANY OPPORTUNITY TO REVIEW THE FORM. THEN THE STORE TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY for their mistake and instead says that me the customer must have forgotten that I changed my mind and calls me a liar. I did not change my mind or forget anything I ordered. I had a very specific idea of what I ordered and was clear. The only remedy they suggest is to undo the monogram, which they advised will most likely damage the sweaters. Then they suggest to put a large letter over the pulled sweater to cover up the damage - which is damaged and incorrect! Or I can buy a new sweater than what I initially asked for at a "discount" when i already paid over $100. The stores attitude is that the customer is wrong is shameful. Also, I was told the manger would call me back and she never did. It has been two weeks. Samantha took the time to respond to this review. However she has my email and phone number but will not return my call -more great customer "service". DO NOT SHOP here!

    HI Christina,This is Samantha, I own the store and am very involved in all store functions and processes we have. First and foremost – our customers are our number one priority in terms of service and we are grateful for all of them supporting our local business. I believe, and also encourage my team to always go above and beyond when warranted. That being said, I have been kept up to date through the process of your order and its issues. I, too, am upset with the miscommunication. We have a thorough process + form for monograms that we fill out with each customer and do hundreds per week – the process works pretty well – there are always 1 or 2 that may have an issue – but that is with anything with such complexity. I can assure you we will go above and beyond to make it right when and if that happens. We do have a security system in the store which also comes in handy when we need to go back and review details of orders or discussions. In this case, I viewed this transaction a few times and we had 4 employees that were helping you over the span of 15 minutes, during our sample sale, which we usually don’t even take monogram orders during – it must have been slow so they were able to do that for you. It was very clear in the video to hear what the instructions were and you were very involved in the process, I am so sorry if you felt rushed. I did see the final product that was delivered and it did match the sheet that you all filled out together.I can assure you my team is going solely off of the sheet and the video as back up to support why the monogram turned out the way it did. As a small business – we are not able to continually change out product when customers change their mind or forget what they ordered and had something else in their mind. I am sure you can understand that. We were (and are) happy to make this right for you with a new product at a discounted rate if you would like to change your monogram order.In an effort to fix this issue happening in the future we are adding a customer signature at the bottom of the monogram forms to encourage everyone to take a double look at what they are committing to.
