I called them to come fix a smoke detector that was beeping and told me they would come later that evening. I gave them 2 phone numbers to call in case they had any issue accessing the site. 2 hours later, nobody had come yet, so I called them to check on this and the owner told me the technician was on its way and would arrive in about 30 min. Another hour later, still no one and no one had come or called. And when I tried to call them, they didn't answer. As you can imagine they charged my card, saying that called and nobody answered. They are a complete scam and I would stay away from them.

Called them. Spoke with the owner MIKE. Made an appointment for him to send someone over. The guy comes I couldn't be there was out of state but had someone else there. Now supposedly the guy did $1200+ worth of work plus was tipped. Now when he done I asked where was the written estimate/receipt. He never wrote one up. Found that out when I called for it but MIKE says he'll write one up and send it just give him a few days. Gave him a week before calling. Doesn't have it. Long story short I get to NY and go to the address. Not his. Turns out he just has a desk there that he uses when in town. He's in FLORIDA! When I am next on phone with him he says he can't make a receipt for the work cause he does know who he sent there or what they did. Not a good business practice I tell him. I've been in this business for 60yrs he says and he knows enough about it. Well the 60yrs didn't teach you enough MIKE. This however has taught me to always be there when work is being done and to vet the businesses better and make sure the local guy is really a local guy.

they sent a guy to check on our boiler transformers power. all he did was CHECK if there was power on the box. thats it. for that, he charged us $375 claiming thats the service fee. he claimed that the service fee begins from the second we call them & they start driving to our house. when we called the owner, he wasnt even answer any questions that we asked and then he BLOCKED us. so we drove to the location on their receipt. the location is a pest control store and the owner isnt even there. hes in Florida. he sends random men down to fix stuff that dont even know what theyre doing. so i called him again and he claims my worker did do actual work. your father just didnt see him. and gas costs money, my truck costs money. first of all, my father was WATCHING him the whole time. plus, the receipt he gave literally said checked for power in transformer box. which means thats all he did. and why are we responsible for paying for their gas? theyre an electric company. plus, youre telling me gas is $375???? were not clueless. he gave a whole lot of attitude on the phone, saying you have 1 minute left to speak and then im hanging up. this business is a SCAM. THEYRE SCAMMERS. DONT EVER CALL THEM.
