I called to make an appointment. The Medical assistant who I spoke to was rude for no apparent reason. After telling me there were no appointments on the day I requested, she started rushing me off the phone, and hung up on me while I was in mid-sentence. I called back to address the situation and she laughed as she took great pleasure in being nasty and making patients miserable.

This place is horrible watch out, the main doctor has an attitude. Honestly everyone has an attitude; you call they leave you on hold for an hour. You ask them to send you something in a email they dont send it. This is the worst doctors office Ive ever been to in my entire life. The front desk is full of women that dont want to help you. They just want to show up and collect a check. They argue amongst themselves in front of patients. Ive been going there with my mother for a few years and dealing with their horrible service because my mother just loves the doctor and wants to stay(ie my mother just wants to support a black business). But everything changed when the doctor snapped on my mother over a jury duty exemption request, my mother is a senior citizen with dementia and he is my mothers primary doctor! Now I have to find a whole new doctor to get this done and Im having a hard time with them giving me my mothers medical records. They just refuse to email me the hipa form so I can get it released to the new doctor. Their entire business is a joke, the truly sad thing is I really think theyre just over encumbered With too many patients to actually care as a private practice. Last year their main doctor was handling my sisters cancer. He recommended an oncologist, the oncologist recommended chemo, and my sister had a adverse reaction to the chemo. The main doctor and the oncologist never once checked on my sister in the hospital didnt even call her. My sister was in the hospital for a month. I had to rush and find it a whole new team of doctors to help my sister before she passed away. Thankfully she still alive, but if I wouldve sat there and listen to the main doctor, my sister would probably be dead. WORST PRACTICE EVER..

I've been going to Dr ola for years and other family members. Yes you would wait for a while,so wht! People if u can stand on line for some tickets or anything else in life . Why can't you do it for ur own health. ? This Dr tht cares for you and so more importantly this man resume is inpecable . Do your research on him and all the awards and degrees he has accomplished. It's well deserved! Dr ola save my life and I'll wait 5 hours to see him knowing he's the right cardiologist for me that's take care of people that looks like me and care .
