I normally dont leave reviews but this deserved it. I was unfortunate enough to have had a fire. I called Premier and they were there for me and my family every step of the way. From the cleanup, dealing with insurance, guiding me through the rebuild, design, and storage of my things. The management and construction teams made a horrible situation go smooth. The owners Debra and Sean were available for all concerns and every question and concern was handled with care and I never felt like I was unimportant. I hope that you dont go through anything like I did but if you do, I highly recommend Premiere

If I were able to give this company more than 5 stars i would .. I had a problem with my one piece washer and dryer combination.. After reading the reviews I called the company and spoke with the owner "Gio." He came over to my place as scheduled and diagnosed the issue almost immediately.. he could've been dishonest and charged me for an unnecessary repair .. he did not .. and given the age of my appliance i thought i was looking at having to replace it, which would've cost me over 1000 dollars.. Gio is honest, pleasant, and very knowledgeable.. O would highly, highly without any hesitation recommend him to anyone !!!

We had a pipe burst in our attic, causing damage throughout the house and were referred to Premier for the repairs. We were totally out of our depth but Sean guided us through the process and dealt directly with the insurance company as our advocate. They made the redesign process fun and Debbie had great ideas and was very responsive to all of our questions. The entire team was professional and a pleasure to work with - the work they did on our house is absolutely beautiful. We couldn't have picked a better company to help us through this.

We had an unfortunate fire at my parents' house. Sean and Premier Services was truly a godsend referral, at a time when we were feeling low and hopeless. Sean's professionalism and experience showed from the get-go and he envisioned a new layout for my childhood home that was better than what we could have thought of. His team was professional throughout the renovation - they were very responsive to all our questions and concerns, proactive in picking out great selections for me to choose from, and collaborated with me patiently on material and selections. We are very happy with the renovation results, and are grateful that we went through the process and transformation of our special home with the good people at Premier Services.

Premier Services is an outstanding company! I recently had a pipe break in my home which caused severe water damage to my basement. My world was turned upside down and I had no idea what to do. Luckily, my neighbor recommended Premier Services of L.I. so I gave them a call. The owner Sean, showed up within 40 minutes of my call, and he thoroughly explained the services he provides. He assured me that I was in good hands. Within an hour there was a project manager (Jerry) and a 6 person crew at my house and the cleanup process began. The crew worked tirelessly through the night and by the morning everything was cleaned up and drying equipment was set up. I couldnt be anymore more happy with Premier Services, I highly recommend them. Thank you Sean, Jerry and crew! You guys are awesome!!!
