        NEVER GO TO THIS STORE. This store is a franchise and not a corporate store. Ive been going back and fourth with corporate because the franchise store scammed me when upgrading my phone, they added an Apple Watch to my account I never asked for nor received. They also told me I could trade in my old phone and I did and they never removed it from my account and they continue charging me.

        Do not use this store! My bill is not even close to what they had described, they loaded my account with every single option I declined when in store. Make matters worse, they tried to credit someone elses account for my trade ins. I only found this out after complaints about my bill had been discussed with escalations. They are not a corporate store and should never handle trade ins.
