I've been experiencing fluid coming from my ears for months, I went to Dr. Bergson many years back, and revisited him for this issue- he explained to me, as if I was 5, (I'm 25) that it was "physically impossible to experience what I was experiencing" there's no way for fluid to be in my ears and that I must just have "leaky skin inside my ears" so all of this took 20 minutes, they did a hearing test and sent me back for an evaluation- I left feeling humiliated and disregarded. i went to my GP later that week and was diagnosed with an inner ear infecfion. Today!! I just got a bill for 400$ bc they refused to go through my insurance, the SAME insurance they've been taking for years! Ridiculous!!

Excellent doctor! I have a terrible ear infection and he gave me an appointment even though they were full. He is very knowledgeable and kind, and made me feel totally at ease. Highly recommend!

great experience. Dr Bergson spent a great deal of time explaining my condition, the procedure to correct and post surgical expectations. The procedure and outcomes were terrific. Would highly recommend!

I saw this doctor and he had 0 bedside manner. My endocrinologist discovered a 6mm thyroid lesion- I know it is small, but my mom disregarded signs of cancer and passed away from lung cancer, so I take a lot of precautions when it comes to anything that can be cancer). He had the nerve to tell me this is nothing like that. I also told him I disagreed with how my endocrinologist didnt explain to me what my scan showed and didnt answer any of my questions. I felt belittled and as if I was over reacting over something so minuscule to him. He said if I stopped half the people walking past this building and did an ultrasound on him, a majority would have a tiny thyroid lesion like you. We cant biopsy them all. I was just shocked and had nothing else to say besides Okay..
