Eagle Eyes Home Inspections

I had a tremendous experience with this inspection company. Recommended by my realtor so it was an easy choice but it was only reaffirmed when Jim got to the house. I asked Jim to be extremely thorough as this was a new build with a history of fire etc, he made sure to give it the most thorough examination he could. I felt Jim didnt cut any corners and was extremely thoughtful and kind when explaining the nuances of what he was looking at to me. I will be requesting a return for the punch list he outlined as I am more confident in his assessment than my own. I would continue to do business with this company as well as keep requesting Jim for any assessments of this caliber. This experience was solid from first email, to easy payment, to timeliness and arrival of the inspector and thoroughness of the report. The whole experience was also extremely straight forward. Joel with Eagle eyes was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was EXTREMELY thorough, attentive to detail and as polite as can be. He took his time and spent over two hours looking over every inch of the home Im buying and saw things that I may not have seen myself. Couldnt be happier with the experience
