Canceled my service on the appointment date and then pushed me to the back of their schedule a week and a half later. When the second appointment came around, they didn't show. So much for paying $120 for guaranteeing an appointment. If the charge shows up on my card, I'll be disputing it. Poor service and communication. Recommend against using them based on my experience.

The service was amazing from get go. I found the number online. Called and an actual human picked up the phone and scheduled the appointment for someone to come and look at my fridge in a couple of days. Denis came out and diagnosed the problem in no time and came back again in less than a week with new parts and fixed it in no time. He was super prompt; when scheduling the appointment I got a window of 3 hours when he would come out and an hour before arriving he called to let me know he was an hour out. He arrived on the dot. He was meticulous in the way he worked. He was in touch to check on the job after each visit and was always available throughout between the 2 visits either via text or call. I was blown away with the service. I dont know if its the company or just Denis but I had an incredible experience which one doesnt get in New York with these kinds of services. Thank you.
