Steve was so swift in responding to issue with my burner dripping water. He came within an hour with the part and had a very reasonable pricing. My wife and I just bought a new house which is stressful enough and we knew the boiler was on the older side. Lo and behold the boiler started acting up only a few months after moving in and we were avoiding using our heat because if it. I was referred to Steve from Sams Mechanical by my HVAC company and Steve was on it right away. We had a new boiler installed with nice new copper pipes that works fantastic and is super quiet and the house is finally consistently warm. All within 48hours that I called Steve. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Sam Mechanical Inc and will certainly keep the number handy! After coming home on a cold night w/o heat, I found his number in the Birchwood at Springlake directory. Within 15min he was at my door and had the problem diagnosed immediately. Steve replaced the part, which he had on the truck ,and job was completed within one hr! Job well done!!!
