Customer service was polite. They listened to my requests and made sure they were followed. Dr Diamonds is a hoot and he genuinely cares about my eye health. I do have to complain about the automated phone service. Each time I call I never get anyone to answer the phone. Ever. That is inconvenient to the customer and when I complained about it at the Rome location I was told all calls go to customer service. But they never answer.i have spent a considerable amount of time in 3 visits at the Rome location this month and not once did I hear the phone ring. I think you need to reconsider your automated phone system and put the calls back to the stores.

The service was incredible. Everyone was supportive and helpful, even when I became somewhat overwhelmed with choices in customization of glasses.
