Very deceptive organization! Do not fall for their smooth talk and false information. They will take you down a path promising you a great rate, take their time getting you to the application process then all of a sudden the rate is higher snd they want you to buy points - hint: you can go to a credit union and get a better rate with no points.

Absolutely do not recommend. I put in an application and havent heard from these people in weeks so I decided to call up and see whats going on. Dont let this company trick you! They say they are through FHA Loans and post all over their website saying minimum of 530 credit score with 1-2 years of being at the same job will get you approved for a mortgage loan. NOPE not the case. Better off going through a federal credit union to get approved. Went through mine and was approved within days. Dont waste your time.

I was referred by a friend to Commonfund, specifically Melissa B, as a first-time homebuyer who knew absolutely nothing about the process! Melissa and her Team have been so helpful from day one of this whole process. I especially appreciate my loan officer Mellissa B for walking me through the whole thing and explaining things in a way that made me feel like it was going to be ok, she is awesome, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience with her, I was a nut sometimes and she patiently answered my e-mails and texts every time!
