We are purchasing a home for the 1st time and were a little uncertain as to what to look out for, and what to check when doing an inspection. Mr Kotary explained what had to be done, made recommendations, was very thorough, and helped to put us at ease. He did an excellent job at a very reasonable price.

I would like to thank Ed for being honest. If it wasn't for ed we would of bought a house that was not up to par. All questions and concerns we had with the house ed was honest with us. I let him know that when we find our house we will call him for his service again. If you need a home inspection in upstate New York I would definitely give him a call. One of the best experience I have had with someone I found online. Thank you again Ed.
