        Dr Mazzaferro and staff are excellent. They are always so nice and helpful and Dr Massaferro himself is so gentle while filling teeth. You can even feel a needle at all. He is the best and it eases my anxiety anytime I need a tooth filled.

        I called to get established as new patients for my kids and I, gave all my insurance info, place of employment, etc. Was told "you have to wait until we have our office meeting to see if we will accept your family". (Not sure what kind of background check/witch hunt that was....). Waited several MONTHS to hear back anything! Then had to schedule a family appointment over 6 months out just to be seen as a new patient. The day before our appointment I get a reminder call I advise that I had a dental emergency a few weeks prior and just had work done so I didn't need anything that time but my kids definitely need to get in and established. Office staff was extremely rude, yelling and saying "we don't take kids, we only take families!". Then tells me she cancelled everyone and we won't be accepted as patients ever, then was hung up on! Completely unprofessional and RUDE!
